If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order .
To process your request, we may ask you for:

- photos of the product received
After analyzing your request, we will be able to propose one of the following solutions:
- a product replacement
- a partial or full refund when justified

Please note that refunds cannot be given for address errors provided during the order or for delays caused by carriers.
